Qorvo’s new QPC1022 single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch is designed for specific use in switching applications requiring very low insertion loss, and high power handling capabilities with minimal DC power consumption. With excellent linearity performance and a frequency range of 5 MHz to 6 GHz, this SPDT switch is ideal for use in cellular base stations.
The QPC1022 offers very high isolation between RF ports, providing greater separation the transmit and receive paths. It is packaged in a very compact 1.1 mm x 1.5 mm x 0.375 mm 9-pin LGA package.
