The RFPD3540 is a hybrid power doubler amplifier module for CATV amplifier systems and DOCSIS 3.1 compliant applications in the 45 MHz to 1218 MHz CATV range. Features include a minimum gain of 27.0 dB at 1218 MHz, and maximum power at 450 mA at 24 VDC. Download the datasheet for more information.
