2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 7 High Power Non-Linear Front End Module: QPF4209 Datasheet

Source: Qorvo

The Qorvo QPF4209 is an integrated front-end module (FEM) designed to support Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. Its small form factor and integrated matching reduce layout area, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.

The QPF4209 is optimized for a 5V supply voltage, minimizing power consumption while delivering high linear output power and throughput. Digital pre-distortion can be used to further enhance performance. An integrated coupler provides RF output for DPD feedback training, and a broad-range power detector enables accurate power control.

The FEM integrates a 2.4 GHz power amplifier (PA), single-pole two-throw switch (SP2T), and bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device, providing a comprehensive solution for Wi-Fi 7 systems.
