The QPA0016 is a high-power, packaged Ku-Band MMIC amplifier fabricated using Qorvo's 0.15 um GaN-on-SiC process.
Designed for Satcom applications, the QPA0016 delivers 5 Watts of linear power with excellent intermodulation distortion performance. It can also provide up to 15 Watts of output power with high gain and efficiency.
The QPA0016 offers a wide operating frequency range and is fully matched to 50 ohms for easy system integration. On-chip blocking capacitors ensure optimal ESD protection. Its high power output and reliability make it ideal for both commercial and military communications and radar systems.
