The TQL9093 is a flat-gain, high-linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier covering the 0.6-4.2 GHz range, providing greater than 19 dB gain across the 1.5 to 4 GHz range, and 0.67 dB NF at 2.6 GHz. Typical applications include repeaters / DAS, mobile infrastructure, LTE / WCDMA / CDMA / GSM, and other general purpose wireless applications.
