    Skyworks offer two new front-end modules (FEMs) for GNSS/GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/Compass/QZSS radio receiver applications in the 1559 to 1606 MHz frequency range. The SKY65933-11 and the SKY65943-11 feature an integrated low noise amplifier (LNA), and a pre-filter and post-filter. Both devices use surface-mount technology (SMT) in the form of a 2.5 x 2.5 mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package, which allows for a highly manufacturable and low-cost solution.

    JFW’s 50BA-034-127 is a mini benchtop programmable attenuator assembly designed for mm-wave testing in the 30 – 3000 MHz frequency range. It is configured with one solid-state programmable attenuator, and it features an attenuation range of 0 to 127 dB in 1 dB increments and 50 Ohms nominal impedance.

    Qorvo offers the QPM2100 GaAs multi-chip module (MCM) ideally designed for S-band electronic warfare, communications, and radar applications in the 2.5 – 40 GHz frequency range. This device comprises a transmit/receive (T/R) switch, a low loss transmit path, and received path consisting of a low-noise amplifier, a digital attenuator, and a driver amplifier.

    Skyworks new SKY5™-9256-701LF is a 4X single-pole, single-throw (4XSPST) switch is designed for antenna tuning applications requiring ultra-low ON resistance and low OFF capacitance in the 0.6 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. The switching is controlled by an integrated Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) controller.

    The QPL1002 is a wideband cascode low noise amplifier fabricated on Qorvo’s 0.25um GaN on SiC production process. This cascode LNA is robust to 5W of input power with 17dB typical gain and 1.2dB noise figure from 0.03 GHz to 3.0 GHz. The QPL1002 is ideal for wideband communication applications across defense and commercial markets.

  9. Ethernet Controlled Remote Broadband Switch: DCR-8E

    Corry Micronics offers the DCR-8E eight port reflected switch designed to be remotely controlled via Ethernet to a laptop or PC. This standard broadband switch has an operating frequency of 20 MHz to 18 GHz with an insertion loss of only 4 dB, and offers excellent port-to-port isolation of a minimum of 80 dB. The DCR-8E can be custom designed for customer specific bandwidths and switching port applications.
