    The Qorvo QPA1022D is a MMIC power amplifier operating from 8.5 – 11 GHz for radar, electronic warfare, and satellite communications applications. Fabricated on Qorvo’s production 0.25 um GaN on SiC process, the amplifier produces greater than 4 W of saturated output power and 24 dB of large-signal gain while achieving greater than 45% power-added efficiency.

    Skyworks offers the SKY5®9269-702LF four-throw (SP4T) switch is designed for antenna tuning applications that require very low RON and COFF, and high VPK. The switch can be used for either series or shunt tuning applications. Depending on the register setting, the antenna port can be connected to one of the four switched RF outputs or to multiple pre-defined outputs simultaneously, while the other RF ports are in isolation state to the antenna port.

Given the high cost in time and materials associated with ESD hardware testing, the ability to simulate the ESD testing process in XFdtd is extremely valuable, allowing engineers to pinpoint locations susceptible to ESD damage and optimize ESD mitigation during the concept and design stage of product development.

    Qorvo’s QPA2225D is a wide band MMIC driver amplifier fabricated on Qorvo’s production 0.15 um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15). Covering 28 – 38 GHz, the QPA2225D provides > 0.4 W of saturated output power with >23 dB of small-signal gain.
