The Universal Dialogic Diagnostic (UDD) program is an interactive diagnostic package that allows you to test the functionality of Dialogic hardware. For a complete listing of the boards that can be tested, please see Boards Supported, below; this list will grow as subsequent versions of UDD are released.

The UDD identifies the installed boards from the configuration file, and for each one detected, presents a list of tests that can be selected and deselected. Chosen tests can be run multiple times or indefinitely, if desired. Any and all UDD-supported boards currently installed in the configuration file can be selected and tested in the same session, saving setup time. The user makes all selections at the beginning of a test session, allowing the series of tests to run unattended. Context-sensitive help is available on all screens.
