The CLA4603-085LF is a surface mountable, low capacitance silicon PIN limiter diode constructed with a combination of low junction capacitance, low parasitic inductance, low thermal resistance, and nominal 1.5 μm I-region width, making it useful in large signal limiter applications.
This limiter diode is also designed as a shunt connected PIN diode for receiver protectors, and low-loss, high-power limiter applications from 10 MHz to over 6 GHz.
