StabilityWafer On-Wafer Cable Assembly: SW Series

StabilityWafer™ on-wafer probing cable assemblies (SW-series) are engineered for precise and repeatable on-wafer measurements using coaxial wafer probes. Their compact design, lightweight construction, and superior flexibility accommodate the tight spacing requirements typical of on-wafer applications, eliminating pressure on wafer probes that can disrupt contact with the device-under-test. StabilityWafer™ offers a range of connector options, including standard straight connectors and right-angle ferules in various configurations. Color-coded connectors minimize connection errors, and assemblies are available with 3.5mm, 2.92mm, 2.4mm, and 1.85mm connectors up to 67 GHz.
