Release Notes: Modelithics CLR Library (CADENCE) - Version 1.2 Release Notes

Modelithics, Inc. has released a powerful and feature-rich collection of equivalent circuit models for use with Cadence Virtuoso Spectre Circuit Simulator XL. The surface-mount capacitor, inductor and resistor models are extracted from precision impedance and S-parameter measurements. The models include advanced features such as part-value scaling, substrate scaling, pad scaling, representation of high-order resonant effects and accurate effective series resistance. Most models are measurement validated through at least 10GHz, with some models validated through 40 GHz.
