RF Monolithics, Inc. Announces Agreement with two Offshore, Manufacturing Partners

RF Monolithics, Inc. (RFM)ompany%> today announced that is has signed manufacturing agreements with Automated Technology (Phil.), Inc. (ATEC) and Cirtek Electronics Corporation (Cirtek). Both ATEC and Cirtek are located in the Philippines. RFM will begin shipment of initial production from both partners, of its filter and low power products, later this month.

David Kirk, President and CEO of RFM, stated, "These agreements are a continuation of the Strategic Plan we embarked on earlier this year. Our partners in the Philippines have significant experience in hermetic semiconductor manufacturing, are knowledgeable of the unique aspects of Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) component assembly and test, and they meet the high quality standards of our industry. They will provide significant manufacturing capacity flexibility and will help us continue to exceed the performance requirements that our customers demand.
