Remec Completes Airtech Acquisition

San Diego-based Remec Inc. has acquired Airtech (Dallas). Ninety-three percent, or 42,628,630 shares, of Airtech's issued share capital had been validly tendered. Remec will acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Airtech and current company shareholders will receive 0.0372 of a share of Remec Common stock for each Airtech share.
