Qorvo Delivers Superior Performance For 1.8 GHz DOCSIS 4.0 Cable Applications

Qorvo, a leading global provider of connectivity and power solutions, today announced the availability of its newest addition to the industry's most complete 1.8 GHz DOCSIS 4.0 product portfolio. Qorvo's QPA3314's hybrid power doubler amplifier module operates from 45 MHz to 1.794 GHz and combines excellent linearity and superior return loss performance with low noise and high reliability.

The QPA3314 offers 23dB of gain and operates at 530 mA max and 24 VDC to deliver more RF power at lower DC power than any cable equipment solution on the market today. With an extra pin on the module package, DC current can be adjusted externally for optimum distortion to power consumption over a range of output levels.
