Pin Diode Attenuator
A surface-mount pin diode attenuator covers the 150 MHz to 2000 MHz frequency range.
N/Ace-mount pin diode attenuator covers the 150 MHz to 2000 MHz frequency range. The Pi-810, part of the Surfpac line, can be used in PCS and GSM base stations. The attenuator has a VSWR of 1.5:1 maximum and flat attenuation characteristics over the 0-30 dB range. Attenuation accuracy is +/-0.75 dB up to 20 dB and +/- 1.50 dB at 30 dB. Insertion loss is 4.0 dB. The attenuator has a four-diode network in a symmetrical Pi configuration.
