PECL Oscillators to 250 MHz

PECL (Positive Emitter Coupled Logic) oscillators, available in frequencies to 250 MHz, as standard or custom programmable oscillators, are for use in high frequency applications where the cycle switching times from positive to negative are extremely short and critical.

The JITO-2 PECL oscillators are the latest addition to the company's JITO (Just-In-Time-Oscillators) program, which ships 340 KHz to 250 MHz oscillators in ten working days or less. The oscillators come in ceramic MIN-6 SMD packaging measuring 7 mm x 5 mm x 1.4 mm. The oscillators are available with stabilities of up to ±25 PPM, and operating temperatures of between -40°C and +85°C.
