Paging Test System

The Model 350 Service Encoder is a paging test system designed for FLEX, POCSAG, and GOLAY digital paging formats.

The versatility of the encoder is demonstrated by the numerous formats available, and its ability for future protocol upgrades. It handles analog and digital formats from Single-Tone to FLEX. Pagers can be tested for selectivity and sensitivity.

Using digital signal processor (DSP) technology, the encoder generates advanced digital paging formats including FLEX, up to 6400 b/s. A serial computer port and flash memory are standard on the 350 and, together with a user's personal computer, allow software updates to be done without removing the unit's cover.
