PCTEL Antenna Products Group, Inc.ago, IL ---- September 26, 2000 ---- As a result of customer requests for a high gain, horizontally polarized panel antenna, <%=company%> has introduced model MP24016HPT that provides 16 dBi gain with horizontal polarization. The new antenna utilizes MAXRAD's patent pending printed-circuit design that consistently provides superior gain and wideband coverage with a low profile package.

This new panel is the latest addition to the company's line of high gain panel antennas, which already includes 8 to 18 dBi models. Electrical specifications include a VSWR of less than 1.5:1 across the band, 50 Ohm impedance and a front to back ratio of more than 25 dB. The horizontally polarized antenna provides a 3 dB horizontal beamwidth of 40 degrees and vertical beamwidth of 23 degrees. It includes a wide variety of connector choices and a 12" RG58/U pigtail option for added versatility and ease of installation.

The MP24016HPT features a sturdy, UV stabilized and water resistant radome that permits long-lasting outdoor use and an attractive low profile design for minimum visibility. As part of this new series, MAXRAD has also developed the new MPAB4 adjustable mount that provides uptilt/downtilt adjustment to all ISM panels and yagi antennas.
