Hauppauge, NY -- Narda, an L-3 Communications company, introduced the Model 4797 miniature variable attenuator that provides attenuation of 0 to 45 dB, has low insertion loss, and operates over an extended temperature range.

The attenuator measures only 2.64 x 3.25 x 1 in., weighs only 12 oz., and handles 10 W average and 3 kW peak power. VSWR is 1.3:1 or less, insertion loss is less than 1 dB, and frequency sensitivity is +/-1.5 dB. Connectors are SMA female.

The Model 4797 attenuator is available from Narda for immediate delivery.
