Micronetics Inches Closer to Microwave & Video Systems Acquisition

Micronetics Wireless Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Microwave & Video Systems Inc. of Danbury, CT (MVS). The proposed transaction is subject to certain contingencies and is expected to close within 30 days.

Current MVS president Floyd Parin will assume the title of president, Micronetics Switching Products Group- the new division that will encompass both companies switching and microwave control component lines.
