Lucent To Set Up Regional Training/Education Center in Singapore

Lucent has announced that it plans to set up an $8 million training and education center in Singapore. This center will serve Lucent's customers in the Asia Pacific region.

Through the 20,000 sq. ft. training/education center, Lucent customers can receive training on Lucent's telecommunications products and services. The center will offer approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of equipment and laboratory areas as well as 10 classrooms.
