GORE-SHIELD® GS5200 EMI Gaskets

GORE-SHIELD® GS5200 EMI gasket material is a PTFE matrix filled with highly conductive nickel-based particles that is combined with an integral conductive adhesive. All GS5200 EMI gaskets provide consistent shielding effectiveness of greater than 75 dB up to 3 GHz. At higher frequencies (18-40 GHz), the shielding effectiveness of GS5200 is in the range of 65-80 dB. This material is custom die-cut for your design and is typically supplied on a carrier web to facilitate automated installation. Gore also provides a variety of installation systems allowing cycle times of up to 12 per minute.
