Gilbert Retires From ANADIGICS

George Gilbert, executive vice president and co-founder of GaAs IC manufacturer ANADIGICS (Warren, N.J.), is retiring. Gilbert will remain on the company's board of directors. His duties will be assumed by various members of ANADIGICS' management.
