0.66 – 0.72 GHz High Linearity Power Amplifier: GRF5506 Datasheet

The GRF5506 from Guerrilla RF is a high gain, two-stage InGaP HBT power amplifier ideally designed for use in transmitter applications that typically do not employ digital predistortion correction schemes.
