GaAs SPDT Absorptive Switch: ISO13286 Datasheet

The ISO13286 is a high-performance, non-reflective single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) absorptive switch that covers the DC to 8GHz wideband range. This absorptive switch is highly reliable, is housed in a 7-lead surface mount technology (SMT) 0.385 x 0.345 inch package, and is ideal for high reliability space, satellite, and defense applications.
