FPGA Compiler

Synopsys' FPGA Compiler II enables quick field-programmable gate array (FPGA)/complex programmable logic device (CPLD) development as well as a transparent migration path to application-specific ICs (ASICs). This product is equipped with two tools-FPGA Compiler and FPGA Express on UNIX. FPGA Compiler can synthesize mixed-level circuit descriptions in any combination of Verilog code, VHDL code, schematics, netlists, equations, state tables, and PLA or truth tables. Compiler offers architecture-specific logic optimization and mapping as well as state machine optimization. FPGA Express combines high-level architecture-specific synthesis with an easy to use graphical design environment to provide fast and efficient synthesis results.
