Filtronic Acquires LK-Products

Filtronic plc has signed an agreement with Nokia to acquire the entire issued share capital of LK-Products. LK-Products designs and manufactures helical filters, ceramic filters, and antennas for mobile phones and cellular base stations.

Under the agreement, Filtronic will provide Nokia with FIM 350 million in cash and 4 million in Filtronic ordinary shares. This transaction will give Nokia a 7.5% share of Filtronic's enlarged issued capital.
