Telogy Networks Inc.'s ActiveAir embedded communications software covers cellular and PCS standards. This software provides a range of DSP software functions including voice codecs, data and tone processors, echo cancellors, air-interface modems, temporal and frequency synchronization, equalization, forward-error corrections (FECs), software-based radio, and digitally-enabled AMPS. Its microcontroller unit (MCU) software includes message segmentation and re-assembly, cyclic-redundancy-check (CRC) generation and verification, protocol signaling, call processing, mobility management, radio management, control channel acquisition, dual mode operation and control short message services, and data/fax service protocols.
