Xicor's X9400 electrically erasable potentiometer (EEPOT) replaces four mechanical potentiometers in battery-powered applications. Engineered for cellular phone audio adjustment and RF tuning applications, the EEPOT works across the +2.7 to +5.5 VDC supply range and features 1 µA standby current consumption, 16 B of EEPROM, and 10 kW resistor arrays. The EEPOT is available in 24-lead TSSOP, SOIC, and plastic DIP packages.
