Dynamical Releases WAP Developer Toolkit

Dynamical Systems Research has released version 1.0 of its Developer Toolkit for wireless access protocol (WAP) applications.

The new toolkit is a developer software product for the creation of fully functional, specification-compliant WAP applications for mobile devices. Using the tool kit, service providers, content providers, and web designers can now develop applications to support this protocol.

The WAP developer toolkit is written in Java. If a Java-compliant virtual machine is present on the target, installation consists of copying the software onto a system and editing a small number of script files.

The toolkit includes a generic wireless application reader browser that supports the wireless markup language (WML) as well as WMLScript. Single licenses are now available for GBP 589. Additional licenses purchased in the same order are priced at GBP 199.
