Digital Downconverter

Model CLC5902 is a two-channel digital downconverter designed for use with the company's CLC5958 14-b 53-MSamples/s A/D converter. Suited for GSM-1800, PCS, W-CDMA, wireless local loop (WLL) and smart antenna applications, the IC features a 100-dB dynamic range and provides programmable digital tuning, filtering, and decimation based on hard-wired digital signal processing (DSP) technology. The downconverter mixes, filters, and processes two of the individual RF channels in the receiver chain prior to the DSP. It is packaged in a 128 QFP housing.
