Coaxial Circulator Supporting mmWave 5G Infrastructure Designs: D3C2731Q
DiTom Microwave offers the D3C2731Q circulator covering Ka-band frequencies from 27 to 31 GHz with 20 dB of isolation. This circulator features a single-junction design, average power handing of 5W (30W peak), and an insertion loss of only 0.6 dB maximum to help preserve power in the mmWave bands.
The D3C2731Q is offered with 2.4 mm female connectors having a maximum VSWR of 1.25:1 and are available with any combination of male or female connectors on the input/output. The isolator body measures 0.5 x 0.7” and weighs only 0.9 ounces. With operating temperatures from -20 to +65 degrees C, these circulators are suitable for in-box applications or bench-top testing applications.
