Designed for cdmaOne handset applications, the D5431 chipset supports data speeds up to 115 kb/s and offers enhanced voice recognition capabilities. Multi-vocoder support is specified at 8 kb/s QCELP, as well as 13 kb/s QCELP and EVRC. The design is IS-95B compliant, offers +2.5 VDC operation, and enables up to 350 hours of standby time.
