Andrew Completes Buyout of Andrew Satcom Africa

Andrew Corp. (Orland Park, IL) has bought the remaining 20% stake in its South African joint venture Andrew Satcom Africa. The company operated as an Andrew majority owned joint venture since 1996. Andrew concluded the purchase of the remaining 20% stake in the joint venture on February 22.

Current Andrew Satcom Africa directors, Derric Wilson and Alan Jones, will remain as directors of the new subsidiary. The company will continue to operate under the name Andrew Satcom Africa.
