Andrew Acquires Passive Power Products

Andrew Corporation (Orland Park, IL) completed the acquisition of Passive Power Products Inc. (Gray, ME), a supplier of RF products, systems, and services to broadcast markets. The new company will be known as Andrew Passive Power Products Inc. Its principle manufacturing facility will remain Gray, ME.

Andrew Corporation's DTV-ready products include broadcast antennas, rigid transmission line, high power circular waveguide, earth station and microwave antennas, and heliax coaxial cable and elliptical waveguide.

Passive Power Products Inc. is a supplier of DTV.
