Alcatel Completes Acquisition of DSC Communications

Alcatel has completed its acquisition of DSC Communications. This acquisition was finalized after Alcatel received clearance from the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice.

Alcatel will combine its operations with DSC Communications. This newly combined company will be called Alcatel USA, Inc. Krish Prahbu, CEO of Alcatel Network Systems, has been named president and CEO of the new company.
