Alan Dick & Co., Andrew Sign Memorandum of Understanding

Andrew Corp. (Orland Park, IL) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Alan Dick & Co., a UK-based manufacturer of broadcast antenna components and systems. The companies will cooperate in providing integrated broadband antenna solutions for the broadcasting industry. Under the terms of the agreement, the companies will jointly promote multichannel broadcast antenna system solutions in the US.

The relationship will enable broadcasters to obtain multichannel transmission capability using optimized systems comprised of Andrew's transmission line, filters, and connectors, and either Andrew or Alan Dick broadband panel antennas.
