Fujitsu Limitedabit Fast Cycle RAM (FCRAM) is packaged with a Single Data Rate (SDR) SDRAM interface.

The FCRAM was designed for hand-held and consumer applications. It features a hidden precharge operation that enables zero-wait cycle at random access operation. This product has 35ns of RAS access time and 39ns of RAS cycle time.

Application Specific Memory products are well suited for evolving multimedia, networking and graphics systems.
