 GENERAL
Founded in 1979 in Beech Grove, Indiana, JFW Industries Inc. is a world leader in designing and manufacturing of passive RF components and application specific test systems. These components include attenuators, RF switches, and specialized test systems for use in the cellular, telecommunications, OEM test equipment, medical, automotive, defense, and automated test systems markets. Innovative new designs and a focus on customer requirements have allowed JFW to maintain steady growth in many key market segments.
PEOPLE
JFW has over 120 dedicated employees, diligently working two shifts to ensure quality assembly and on-time delivery. Each one of our dedicated employees represents our 28-year commitment to providing reliable RF solutions. Beginning with an industry renowned Customer Service Department, everyone at JFW strives for complete customer satisfaction by responding to the needs of each customer individually and providing the RF component or system that best suits that customer’s application.
FACILITIES
JFW is an ISO-9000:2004 registered company. We have over 14,000 square feet of design and manufacturing space, located in Indianapolis, Indiana (USA) with a European office located in England. We currently operate two full-time shifts and are equipped for most facets of the design, assembly, integration and testing of RF technologies.
FUTURE TECHNOLOGY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
One critical part of our philosophy at JFW Industries is the continued development of new RF innovations and the constant improvement of our existing products and services. Each year, we create hundreds of new models at the request of our customers. These innovations range from expanding the performance of our existing models to the inception of entirely new product lines. It is this constant stat of research and development that allows JFW to provide customized RF components and systems without the outrageous prices usually associated with these services.
Some of our recent progresses include:
- 2000 - 6000 MHz programmable attenuators and programmable attenuation systems
- Low-cost 2-way, 4-way and 8-way power dividers and combiners (with N or SMA connectors
- Solid-state PIN diode switches up to 300 Watts at 500 MHz and 50 Watts at 3 GHz
- New broadband power dividers - 800 to 6000 MHz
- Matrix Switches and Switching Systems up to 18 GHz
- New, faster RS-232 interfaces for matrix switches and programmable test systems
- Low Intermodulation Products Available (PIM)
