Datasheet: Industry's Smallest SMT Transformer RFXF9504
The RFXF9504 from RFMD is designed for applications that require small, low cost and highly reliable surface mount components. This tiny device is available in RFMD's 0.100" X 0.080" S21 package and operates from 5 to 3000 MHz with a 50 Ohm characteristic impedance. Applications may be found in broadband, wireless and other communications systems. The RFXF9504 is Lead-Free and RoHS compliant. S-Parameters are available on request.
