ViaSat, a world leader in Ka-band satellite systems, provides the ground infrastructure for the NBN Long Term Satellite Service (LTSS) that is due to launch in 2016. With a total of 24 satellite dishes across ten sites in Australia, the challenge is that the necessary antenna couplers require very specific, complex equipment for operation.
