GaAs SPDT Absorptive Switch: ISO13286
The ISO13286 is a high-performance, non-reflective single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) absorptive switch. This hermetic GaAs pHEMT device covers the DC to 8GHz wideband range and performs with 50 dB isolation at 4 GHz, and has a low loss of 1.5 dB at 4 GHz.
The ISO13286 is produced with Skyworks’ GaAs pHEMT process that provides radiation tolerance up to 100 kRad. This absorptive switch is highly reliable, is housed in a 7-lead surface mount technology (SMT) 0.385 x 0.345 inch package, and is ideal for high reliability space, satellite, and defense applications. Testing is available to the screening requirements of MIL-PRF-38535 Class B and S, in addition to the required quality conformance inspection (QCI).
