RFMD's RF1293 is a switch filter module ideal applications involving cellular handsets, cellular modems and USB devices, multi-mode GSM, EDGE, WCDMA, and LTE. It offers very low insertion loss combined with excellent linearity performance. This particular switch filter module features excellent insertion loss and isolation performance, a very low current consumption, five linear paths offering band combination and air interface flexibility, full spec compliance down to a 1.3V control voltage, and more. With a 3.2mm x 3.5mm, 21-pin, module package, the RF1293 switch filter module offers a small sized solution with no need for external DC blocking capacitors when no external DC is applied to the device ports.
