SP4T Switch for Receive Diversity Switching: RF1604D

RFMD's RF1604D is a single-pole four throw (SP4T) switch that is ideal for applications involving receive diversity switching. It can also be used in multi-mode GSM/EDGE/WCDMA, LTE, and cellular infrastructure applications. This SP4T switch featured a low insertion loss of 0.4dB at 1GHz, a very high isolation of 40dB at 1GHz, compatibility with low voltage logic (VHIGH Min = 1.3V), the ability to operate at low frequencies to 2.7GHz, and more. The RF1604D SP4T switch includes integrated decoding logic, allowing just two control lines needed for switch control, and has been packaged in a 2.5mm x 2.5mm x 0.6mm, 12-pin, leadless QFN package, giving it a very compact form factor. This switch is most ideal for battery operated applications requiring high performance switching with very low DC power consumption.
