Featuring 2.7V to 3.6V operation, the RF205x family of devices has been designed to generate a low noise LO signal of between 300MHz to 2400MHz. The built-in wideband RF mixers operate from 100MHz up to 2500MHz. Integration and optimization of key RF interfaces such as the LO-mixer interface into RF205x devices speeds time to market and reduces risk while guaranteeing performance and yields.
