The RF2638 and RF2641 are upconverter/modulators designed for the PCS, cellular and WCDMA markets. These models include the same footprint but differing specifications in gain, NF and 11P3. Other features include single 3.0V power supply, a double-balanced mixer, support of dual mode operation. Typical applications for RF2638 and RF2641 include CDMA2000 1X, China market CDMA single-band, Cellular/PCS/UMTS and WLL.
