LTE Awards 2011 Winners Announced

The winners of the LTE Awards 2011 were announced last night at an exclusive gala dinner presentation at De Duif Amsterdam.

Industry leaders gathered in the Grand Ballroom to celebrate innovation and excellence in the mobile broadband industry as part of the LTE World Summit 2011.

Leading provider of next generation telecommunications networks for operators around the world, Huawei, and Gemalto, a world leader in digital security, were crowned the night's big winners - coming away with two awards each.

The 2011 Awards were judged by a board of high-profile individuals representing an extremely competitive selection of the world's leading service providers – BT Wholesale, Telefonica, AT&T, France Telecom, Three, E-Plus Mobilfunk, Cosmote and Telecom Italia.
