1500 MHz Phase-Locked Oscillator Features <±0.1 dB Power Variation Over Temperature

LCO

The LCO-1500 Phase-Locked Oscillator from EM Research operates fixed at 1500 MHz and features ultra-stable power variation (<±0.1 dB) over 0oC to +50oC operating temperature. The unit offers exceptionally-low phase noise (<-100 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz) and low spurs (-60 dBc). LCO-1500 is supplied with an internal reference (±5 ppm stability) and provides +5 dBm output power.

The unit is available with optional external reference, or a high stability (to ±200 ppb) internal reference. The LCO-1500 is designed for satellite tracking and calibration, GPS measurement/monitoring, radio astronomy and telemetry applications.

Custom units are available in fixed frequencies from 1400 MHz to 5000 MHz in a standard connectorized package of 3.5" x 2.5" x 0.6", with optional +10 dBm output power.
