Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® And Zigbee® RF Switches
Skyworks introduces two new Wi-Fi switches that are optimized for WLAN networks, repeaters, ISM band radios, smartphones, connectivity modules, and Bluetooth® and Zigbee® systems. The SKY13585-679LF single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch operates within the 1 to 6 GHz range, and maintains low insertion loss and high isolation for all switching paths. The SKY13586-678LF is a single-pole triple-throw (SP3T) switch specifically designed to operate within 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi applications.
The SKY13585-679LF and the SKY13585-678LF are compatible with 1.8 or 3.3 V control logic and offer a wide 3 to 5 V supply range. Additional features include high-linearity performance, integrated DC blocking capacitors, and fewer control signals from industry standard SPDT and SP3T solutions. Each switch is enclosed in an ultra-miniature 1 x 1 or 1.1 x 1.1 package (6-or 8-pin), saving valuable application board space and costs for OEMs.
