Solid-State Broadband Amplifier: Model 500S1G6 Datasheet
The Model 500S1G6 is a solid-state broadband amplifier that operates over the 0.7 to 6 GHz frequency range, and is designed for applications where instantaneous bandwidth, high gain, and linearity are required. This self-contained, air-cooled amplifier will provide a minimum of 500 Watts of RF power when used with a sweep generator. Other features include device protection from over-temperature, a front panel control for setting desired output levels, and a digital display for indicating the operation status and fault conditions.
